Finding Freedom: Resetting our mind, body, and souls

Life can feel relentless, and for many of us, the last few years have been particularly overwhelming. We’re often running at full speed, striving for a vague sense of 'excellence' that we can never quite define, which leaves perfectly valid progress feeling like a failure. The powerful truth is that you have the gift to reset right where you are.

You don’t need to wait for a new year, a new day, or even to 'pass go' to begin again. We must normalize and expect stumbles, then choose to pivot and keep moving forward. Here are some practical tools for an immediate mental-physical-emotional shift:

  • Identify the specific areas in your life—your thoughts, physical space, or connection to purpose—where you are overdue for a reset.

  • Learn to see small failures not as definitive collapses, but as invaluable feedback and course-corrections.

  • Create realistic, sustainable expectations for yourself.

  • Gain techniques to dig deep, face hard truths, and then propel forward on the path God intended, using self-compassion to fuel momentum.

Fall forward into His freedom, joy, love, and growth, starting today.
