Mentoring and equipping women to find real connection and live into their truest identities is one of Sarah's greatest joys. As a leader, speaker, and former MomCo staff member, she has witnessed first-hand how involvement in a community makes the church come alive in daily parenting, work, and rest.
Let’s face it—mothering is hard work! But when moms belong, isolation gives way to support, heavy burdens become lighter to carry, and women are finally free to drop the exhausting pursuit of perfection. Sarah is deeply passionate about championing that kind of authentic community, knowing that when mothers link arms, families thrive, faith deepens, and the ripple effects change everything.
Sarah Ferraro is a women’s ministry leader, writer, and dynamic speaker who believes that when women find a place to truly belong, everything changes. With over 16 years of experience in women’s ministry—including a decade serving as a MomCo Coordinator and former MomCo staff member—she is deeply passionate about mentoring and equipping women to build authentic connections and confidently embrace their identity in Christ.

Beyond the stage, Sarah lives out her message as a homeschooling mother of three and wife of over 20 years. She finds joy in early morning runs, meaningful conversations around the table, and creating spaces where people feel known and loved. She takes her coffee with extra brown sugar creamer—and her days with a whole lot of grace.
Sarah is currently writing her debut book, Tears & Laughs: Diffusing the Mother Lies We All Believe—a powerful invitation for women to trade lies for truth and walk in freedom in Christ.

Sarah attended a local MOPS group for fourteen years and led the group for ten of those. She then stepped deeper into her own calling by joining the staff at MOPS Int'l (now known as MomCo), where she served for several years as Membership Manager and Major Gifts Officer.
Sarah eats, breathes, and speaks all things related to their mission, and her passion for new moms finding their stride (and their people!) has only grown. Sarah feels the most in line with her calling when she’s speaking to and spending time with other women, inspiring them to feel purposed, beloved and seen.

Sarah is a gifted speaker, and has a beautiful ability to personally connect with her audience. She consistently gets positive feedback from hosts, coordinators and participants on how refreshing and encouraging her message was and how God is working in their lives.
